Uvita is one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, located in the South Pacific, near Dominical. It is part of the National Park Marino Ballena, so in its protected area it is very easy to appreciate the beauties of flora and fauna of the place. The beach, during the low tide, becomes a perfect whale tail that finally gave its name to the National Park. Although all types of hunting or fishing are prohibited in the area, it is possible to do dolphin and whale sighting tours. Due to its location, it is an interesting place for excursions to the Isla del Caño or Corcobado. Uvita, in addition to its numerous activity options, is also an excellent place to rest and enjoy nature.
